On March 4th, 2010 we started an incredible weekend; we had our first ever Region-Wide Gathering. Twenty three people were in attendance for our gathering in Novato, California from all parts of the globe. It was an inspirational weekend of laughter and friendship.
The purpose of the United Religions Initiative (URI) is to promote enduring, daily interfaith cooperation, to end religiously motivated violence and to create cultures of peace, justice and healing for the Earth and all living beings.
